What is the job about?
The Service Coordinator is responsible dealing with on-site/workshop (pump) service requests from customers (by calls, email, etc)planning time, resources and service maintenance according to service requirement and service level agreed on service contract and taking care of correct administrative processing and communication trend, such that the required materials are ordered, and the required knowledge / capacity is planned. Applying good professional knowledge builds trust with customers, employees and contractors. Provide the necessary support in the coordination and planning of service operations and site visits
Your main responsibilities
Coordinate and plan service repairs end to end (using the available Service Management Systems).
Support and building trust with customers, employees, contractors (ASP Authorized Service Partners) with regards to the scope of the on-site activities, including HSE aspects.
Processing customer requests via phone calls, orders etc. and can prepare simple quotations
Strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services. To assist sales team generate business leads
Coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities
Provides basic technical / administrative support regarding service issues
Qualify and assign available service resources based on capability, technical knowledge etc. toprovide effective and efficient service to fulfil customer request received from different channel.
In compliance with SOP strictly to provide service request quotation to customer and seek different resources to find the short lead-time parts.
Collaborate with finance to verify customer’s payment term and customer credit.
Collect and reviewthe claim of ASP (working hour, payment, etc) and make sure cost allocate to designated Cost Center.
Work with internal stakeholders to set up customer master data and new material code.
Regularly collect and summarize service reports to improve service operation performance
Your background :
We imagine that you have:
About 3 years of working experience in a similar job.
Hold a Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
Experience with pump technology will be beneficial.
Good communication in English
Has experience with various Microsoft office packages and SAP
Ability to participate in work with processes or projects within the service environment
