Are you looking for a leadership opportunity where you will beresponsible for the performance of a department and a team through task guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce? You might be the one we are looking for!

What is the Job all about?

You will be the one to select, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of internal sales engineers to ensure sales projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements.

This role will be directly reporting to the Head of Industry for Customer Service Unit and to be based in Singapore.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop plans to maintain an efficient, productive and harmonious Work environment.

  • Select, Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of /employees to ensure that the department achieves the business goals.

  • Select the right people and keep them trained and motivated to add value for Grundfos customers.

  • Secure the right mix of talent.

  • From the manufacturing site, supervise the most complex sales projects and provide technical advice during the most significant or critical sales negotiations.

  • Develop, evaluate, and review procedures and standards to ensure that work is of a consistently high quality.

  • Take other task that maybe assigned by the IND CSU Head.

Your background:

  • Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Experience driving developed processes within Customer Service Unit.

  • Ability to direct processes or projects.

  • Ability to operate a business process within Customer Service Unit.

  • Most likely to have 4-5 years of relevant work experience. Experienced people leader is desirable

  • Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Customer Service Unit.

  • Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Customer Service Unit.

  • Responsible for policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less)

  • Defines standards for the plant and aligns on a group level.

  • Strong financial literacy: budgeting and cost control

  • Problems faced are difficult and moderately complex.

Ability to influence others outside of own job area, regarding policies, practices and procedures
