What is the job about?
Responsible for the profitable growth in market share through the maintenance, monitoring and development of Grundfos products, services and customer base within the District Energy.
Responsible for sharing knowledge and opportunities outside of the designated market segment to drive sales and profitability across Shandong Province.
Your main responsibilities :
Develop new channels.
Regularly visit cooperative partners and impact key projects.
LD/PD training, guidance and management.
Technical presentations to Thermal Power Companies.
Promote and implement Grundfos E – solution.
Organize and track marketing activities.
Customer pain point handling, equipment checking and scheme design.
Your background
Experience driving developed processes within District Energy.
Ability to lead processes or projects.
Ability to lead a business process within District Energy.
Most likely to have 3-7 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in District Energy.
Strong ability to influence others.
Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the District Energy.
Willing to travel.
