What is the job about?
The job is within ourDBS (Domestic Building Services) Divisionas a part of Operations in Serbia Plant in Inđija. As our Senior CI Specialist your willdrive and support various projects.
The key activities in that role can be described as follows:
Drive and support Industry 4.0 (FoF) projects
Drive and improve IP (improvement proposal) system and needed IT tools
Drive and improve GPS (Grundfos Production System) implementation together with pillar owners
Assist in strategy deployment process
Assist department managers in implementation of Kaizen workshops
Facilitate workshops in order to achieve alignment and agreement linked to continuous improvement initiatives
Track and organize implementation of suggestion
Report regularly to management team about performance linked to CI
Participate in the development and identification of global/local best practices
Participate in the design and improvement of global/local training activities
Continuously improve execution of practices and methods based on process measures
Drive and be involved in deep dive assessments
Support improvement of local competence matrix and establishment of organizational capabilities
What do you need to apply?
University degree – mechanical/electrical field
Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or in Continuous Improvement
Excellent computer skills
Outstanding knowledge of English
Knowledge and understanding of LEAN principals and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
