What is the job about?

The job is within ourDBS (Domestic Building Services) Divisionas a part of Operations in Serbia Plant in Inđija. As our Senior CI Specialist your willdrive and support various projects.

The key activities in that role can be described as follows:

  • Drive and support Industry 4.0 (FoF) projects

  • Drive and improve IP (improvement proposal) system and needed IT tools

  • Drive and improve GPS (Grundfos Production System) implementation together with pillar owners

  • Assist in strategy deployment process

  • Assist department managers in implementation of Kaizen workshops

  • Facilitate workshops in order to achieve alignment and agreement linked to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Track and organize implementation of suggestion

  • Report regularly to management team about performance linked to CI

  • Participate in the development and identification of global/local best practices

  • Participate in the design and improvement of global/local training activities

  • Continuously improve execution of practices and methods based on process measures

  • Drive and be involved in deep dive assessments

  • Support improvement of local competence matrix and establishment of organizational capabilities

What do you need to apply?

  • University degree – mechanical/electrical field

  • Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or in Continuous Improvement

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Outstanding knowledge of English

  • Knowledge and understanding of LEAN principals and tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills
