Are you looking for an internship in Fall 2024 - and ready to kick-start your career working with HR and learning projects for our COO organisation?

In the HR team for COO, we are looking for an intern to support with the design and implementation of our learning and development activities.

You will join a team with 14 colleagues, all working with an agenda to build an organization with a great culture and highly engaged and motivated people. We guarantee a steep learning curve and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear about your ideas.

What is the job about?

We believe that everyone in Grundfos has passion and potential – as well as the power to influence. This is the environment where you will work as an intern. We imagine that you will be assisting in driving key learning initiatives and change management activities.

This includes working with:

  • People development programs

  • Functional skills assessment and development

  • Onboarding programs

  • E-Learning initiatives

  • Communication and internal branding initiatives

  • Learning Impact reporting and monitoring

We expect the internship to start in September 2024 and ends in January 2025, but we are flexible on the timings. You will be working full-time out of our head office in Bjerringbro, but we are of course ready to schedule your work around any exams or school commitment. There is also the possibility of working from home on agreed days to reduce travel time.

What do you need to apply?

  • You are studying at bachelor’s or master’s level – and possess knowledge and passion within change management, learning and people development or communication.

  • You have a strong passion for working with people and how to build a great workplace, where people can work, learn and grow.

  • You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.

  • You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
